Elite Technology (UK) Ltd makes every effort to ensure that all
prices and descriptions quoted on its website are correct and accurate.
However, in the event that a mistake should occur Elite Technology
(UK) Ltd would be entitled to rescind the contract, not withstanding
that it has already accepted the customer's order, and Elite Technology
(UK) Ltd liability in that event will be limited to the return of
any money the customer has paid in respect of that order
Pricing Accuracy
If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being
displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify
you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that
a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to
continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm
that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you
choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit
card in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the
extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.
Payment Method
Nochex is the preferred payment method on elite-tech.co.uk.
Delivery
Elite Technology (UK) Ltd aims to despatch all goods within 24
hours of receiving an order with cleared funds. All products will
require a signature as proof of delivery, Elite Technology (UK)
Ltd will not be held responsible for any shortages once a signature
has been made regardless of the signer’s identity. It is sometimes
outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for any
consequential losses, costs or damages involved with late delivery.
We will not be held responsible for any financial implications arising
from failure or delay in accepting delivery. Elite Technology provides
all United Kingdom deliveries at no cost to the customer, if you
require a delivery outside of the United Kingdom this must be agreed
in advance and will incur additional costs.
Returns
Elite Technology is committed to providing our customers with the
highest quality in products and service. However, on rare occasions,
products under warranty may be found to be faulty or defective.
In keeping with our commitment to providing you with the best service,
we offer the following facilities:
Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's documentation, all
goods supplied or delivered to UK mainland addresses carry a 12-month
manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty shall not apply if the goods have been tampered with,
altered or damaged in any way by the customer; this includes all
accessories associated with the goods. Please contact us on 0800 327 7866, available Mon-Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Sat 9.00am to 2.00pm
before taking any action. We may be able to resolve the problem
on the phone or give you advice on the appropriate action to take.
If you are advised to return the goods to our fully equipped service
department they will endeavour to repair the goods within 7 working
days. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify
the fault you have notified to us. Provided that the goods are found
to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty there
will be no charge for rectification or carriage. If following the
testing process the product is found to be in good working order
without defect, we will return the product to you, the carriage
cost of which will be your responsibility. However in certain circumstances
we may need to send the product back to the original manufacturers
due to the nature of the fault. If so this may take longer dependant
on the manufacturer's turnaround time.
Customers will be responsible for the organisation and cost of
returning the goods to us. Please ensure the equipment is adequately
packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. Elite Technology
(UK) Ltd cannot accept liability for packages damaged or lost during
transit. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack
and protect the goods and to ensure that the parcel is sufficiently
insured. Do not forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase
and also a full description of the fault. Please also supply a daytime
contact telephone number and return address.
Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery; therefore
please use a reliable and recognised courier.
Refunds
Refund for purchases is made at the discretion of Elite Technology
(UK) Ltd. If the goods are accepted back the following conditions
will apply:
I) The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect resalable
condition.
II) The goods are to be returned within 7 days of purchase.
III) If points I) and II) are met then a handling fee of 20% will
be deducted from the refunded amount.
Alternatively the customer may choose to exchange the returned goods
for credit against alternative products to the equivalent value
or greater without a handling fee.
Goods will only be supplied subject to availability. If we do not
supply the goods for any reason, we will make a full refund however
we will not be liable to compensate you for any losses arising from
non-supply of goods.
ELITE TECHNOLOGY (UK) LTD SELLS PRODUCTS ON THE BASIS THAT THE
PURCHASER HAS THOROUGHLY CHECKED SUITABILITY AND SPECIFICATION PRIOR
TO PURCHASE.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of our products or

9am and 6pm, Mon-Fri, and between 9am and 2pm on Sat. Or you can
